We had a great time at this place! The pool was heated n my kids loved it, especially with the fuss ball table n ping pong out in the courtyard. Fire was on, cozy vibes all around. great coffee station in the morning too!

But let's be real, it wasn't inexpensive, just kind of par for the course.

The views are stunning with breathtaking colors and rock cliffs all around. Clean King Room with a comfy bed and it's got cable TV and a mini fridge. Nice outdoor area with a cool pool and fitness center. Super close to Horseshoe Bend and the dam, perfect for exploring Lake Powell area. Friendly staff make the stay relaxing.

The comfortable room had a nice view, but the pool was unsafe at night.

During my stay, I encountered a few hiccups. The pool lacked security after dark, with non-hotel guests jumping the fence, which raised concerns about safety. Room service was spotty. trash accumulated because it wasn't emptied after three days, and I only received partial cleanings. Additionally, the breakfast I prepaid for was unavailable due to maintenance, and the toilet flush at times didn’t function correctly, requiring late-night assistance.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the clean rooms and the beautiful pool area. The staff was very accommodating, which made our family trip with elderly parents much more enjoyable. The heated pool became a favorite for everyone, giving us a perfect spot to relax.

My wife says that the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage a hassle, especially with our elderly parents. Adding lifts would greatly improve accessibility for families.
